You agree to abide by the terms of use. All property of SportsGameChat.com is protected under copyright law. All property that is not the posession of SportsGameChat.com belongs to it's respective copyright holder.
2. Use License
You may not use this site to engage in illegal pratices. You will not engage in practices that harm the site, it's users or it's advertisers. We will not list everything we consider harmful to avoid giving people ideas, so "harmful" is completely objective and based entirely on what our administrators feel is harmful. If you do find an exploit or a security problem with the website, we would greatly appreciate you notifying admin@sportsgamechat.com.
There is a federal law requring you to receive parental permissions if you're under 13, because of nature of this site, at this time we request that you must be age 13 or above to sign up and use this website.
3. Disclaimer
There is no warranty provided with the website or the software used on this website. If your computer explodes because you visted this website, then you need a different computer. Contact Dell or HP and ask specifically that they do not include a stick of dynamite in your next computer.
4. Limitations
Again we are not liable for ANY damages to your equipment, mindframe, ego or body. If someone doesn't like your sports team because they're terrible, that is not our problem. If you feel however someone is being overly abusive please contact admin@sportsgamechat.com
5. Revisions and Errata
Everyone makes mistakes and some of this stuff might have typos in it. If you notice a typo please e-mail admin@sportsgamechat.com . Due to human nature SportsGameChat.com is not liable for mistakes due to typos or forgetting to insert ones brain properly before administering the site.
6. Links
Links may be posted on this site and we may not always know where they go since they might be submitted by other users without our knowledge. We are not responsible if someone Rick'Rolls you or sends you to a Keyboard Cat marathon. If however the links being posted are to illegal material or extremely offensive material, please e-mail admin@sportsgamechat.com.
7. Site Terms of Use Modifications
We might change the Terms of Use around at anytime, so keep an eye on this area. We're not at fault if you don't read this engaging text every so often.
8. Governing Law
If you have beef against us or a lawsuit, please contact admin@sportsgamechat.com before persuing any legal action. I am sure we can work out our differences in a non-legal manner. If however you do want to persure legal action you agree that court proceedings and legal filings will reside in the state of Oregon.
